What is Calisthenics:
Calisthenics is currently the fastest growing way of training in the modern world. Yet it is one of the oldest ways of building strength and fitness, first documented in Ancient Greece and since it’s been the most common way of military training around the world.
Technically, anything that involves moving your bodyweight against gravity can be considered Calisthenics. It’s practically the most natural way of developing our muscles, joints and tendons.
Pull ups, Push ups, Squats, Backbends, Handstands and hundreds of other bodyweight exercises are where the journey begins. As you train and advance, the methodology of progressions open up the possibilities to achieve more difficult variations like Muscle Ups, Dips, Pistol Squats, Bridges, Handstands and Push ups. Eventually, you will become capable of performing most insane and seemingly impossible exercises like Iron Cross, Front and Back Levers, One arm pull ups, One arm balances and Planche.

Our coaches utilise gymnastic strength training combined with progressive calisthenics methodology to provide fastest results to our members.

How is Calisthenics different from other strength building techniques?

HAVING FUN TRAINING!
After first month or two where you should focus on building foundation and conditioning your muscles, joints and tendons with basic exercises, you can start slowly introducing skills that are generally extremely fun in learning how to manipulate your body and discover the new ways in which you can move. Example would be performing your first skin the cat or learning to balance in elbow planche.

THE SKILLS YOU LEARN YOU CAN LATER DO OUTSIDE THE GYM TO DISPLAY YOUR STRENGTH!
You will be able to handstand or crow outside, you could perform pull ups or muscle ups on piece of a scaffolding or human flag off a lamp post. The possibilities are infinite!
