Interested in our Group Sessions? The easiest way to get started is to either:

Never done Calisthenics? Book a Free Consultation via our Book Online page. Come down and we can have a chat about what your goals are, assess where you're at and make a plan from there. This is a chance for you to see how we train before throwing yourself into a group session.

Already know what you're doing? Book onto a Group Session via our Book Online page. Your first session is free, just use the code FREESESSION at the checkout page. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can greet you and sign the waiver.
GROUP SESSION MEMBERSHIP
Whilst all of our sessions are available on a pay as you go basis, our memberships offer a more cost-effective way to train with us. Our memberships are:

1 session a week - £45/month
2 sessions a week - £80/month
Unlimited sessions - £100/month

25% discount for couples/same household on 2 session and Unlimited plans

PERSONAL TRAINING (GYM BASED & ONLINE)
Personal training is available on a 1-1 or small group basis throughout the week. Our live online booking system makes it easy to book your session.
Pricing varies with training frequency and whether 1-1 or 2-1 etc, and can also be tailored with group sessions to make a bespoke package.

One-off PT - £50/1hr
1 PT a week - £160/month Direct Debit
